3. Change your eating habits

An incorrect diet can promote the onset of sexual dysfunctions. Overweight, often related to a wrong diet, negatively affects physical well-being and therefore creates the basis for the appearance of sexual dysfunctions. Avoid, for example, caffeine or all products containing numerous trans fatty acids, for example by increasing the consumption of vegetables, fruit, whole grains, etc. Also avoid nicotine, as its consumption can cause blood circulation disorders, which in turn can cause and / or worsen erection problems.

Exercise regularly. On the one hand, movement promotes sexual performance, on the other, if practiced regularly, it avoids overweight, which could compromise sexual function.
